No, once you’ve selected your preferred retailer during the claim stage, this cannot be changed. Please ensure you choose the retailer you wish to purchase your pack prize from when making your claim.
If you’re a lucky £10,000 Ticket winner, here’s what you need to do:
- Call the Prize Line: Contact us on the phone number provided to claim your prize before the end of the Claim Period.
- Provide Your Details: during the call, you’ll need to share:
- Your full name
- Bank details
- Store name and location where you made your purchase
- The winning code printed on your £10,000 Ticket
- Send Proof by Email: You’ll also be asked to email a clear photo of your £10,000 Ticket showing the winning code to the email address given during the call.
Prize Line Hours:Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 GMT.
If you call outside these hours, please leave a voicemail with your name and phone number clearly stated. We’ll return your call on the next working day.
