Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents, employees of the Participating Stores and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.

2. Purchase is necessary. Please retain all winning packaging, tickets and Golden Potato with the winning codes and an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but within the Promotion Period, as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize. A valid mobile and email address are required.

3. Purchase Period: Purchase a Participating Walkers Multipack that includes Cheese & Onion and/or Ready Salted flavours, see clause 6 for details, between 00:01 GMT on the 27 January 2026 and 23:59 GMT on the 24 February 2026 inclusive.

4. Claim Period: If you find a Winning Multipack, you must claim your Prize by 17:00 BST on 24th April 2026.

5. To Enter: Purchase a Participating Walkers Multipack, and find a Winning Golden 25g Pack (“Golden Pack”) or loose £10,000 Ticket with Golden Potato (“£10,000 Ticket”) within a multipack packaging to win (“Winning Multipacks”). A total of 549,121 Winning Multipacks will be fairly and randomly distributed amongst Participating Walkers Multipacks. The distribution of £10,000 Ticket Winning Multipacks have been overseen for your complete confidence by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.

7. Prize Claiming: If upon opening your Participating Walkers Multipack, you find a Golden Pack or £10,000 Ticket you will be required to follow the instructions on the back of the Golden Pack or the £10,000 Ticket.

a. If you are a £10,000 Ticket winner, you will be required to call the phone number to claim your Prize by the end of the Claim Period. During the phone call you will be asked to provide your full name, bank details, the store details where you made your purchase from (store name and location), the winning code found on the £10,000 Ticket and to send a photo of your £10,000 Ticket showing the winning code by email to the email address provided during the call. The phone line will be manned between 09:00 GMT – 17:00 GMT, Monday – Friday. If you call outside of those times, you must leave a voicemail providing your name and clearly stating your telephone number and you will receive a call back the next working day. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any voicemail messages that cannot be verified due to unclear or missing details.

b. If you are a Golden Pack winner, you will be required to scan the QR code to be taken through to the claim site. Log into your JOY account or create one for free by entering your details (full name, email address, and country). Once logged in, complete the online form by entering your unique 10 character code found inside your Golden Pack on the seal area and confirm the retailer where you would like to redeem your Prize by the end of the Claim Period. Once the claim is verified you will be sent back a link for the e-voucher for your selected retailer which can be redeemed by the end of the Claim Period.

Any claims received that do not meet these requirements or are received after the Claim Period, will be void and invalid.

8. The Prizes: There will be a total of 549,121 winners.

a. 5 x £10,000 cash (or € equivalent in ROI)

b. 549,116 x £1.10 or €1.50 e-voucher to be redeemed against a Walkers Grab Bag.

9. Further £10,000 (or € equivalent) Prize Details and Conditions:

a. Prizes will be awarded via BACS.

b. Winners must have a valid UK/ROI registered bank account.

c. Winners are responsible for providing correct bank account details and the Promoter will not be liable for any Prize payments made into the wrong bank account.

10. Further E-Voucher Prize Terms and Conditions:

a. At the time of writing these Terms and Conditions, the maximum retail price in available retailers of a Walkers Grab Bag in the UK was £1.10 and in the Republic of Ireland €1.50. Retail prices are set independently by retailers and may vary. The Promoter has no control over retail pricing and cannot be held liable for any difference between the stated prices and the actual price at the time of claiming.

b. The E-voucher is unique to you and can only be used as £1.10/€1.50 to purchase your next Walkers Grab Bag.

c. Consumers will have 30 minutes to complete their purchase after activating their E-voucher.

d. E-vouchers can be redeemed at the following stores:

e. The offer may only be redeemed in-store.

f. Smartphone and internet are necessary.

g. Any additional items will be charged accordingly.

h. Original E-voucher must be presented at the time of purchase.

i. Not for sale or auction.

j. The E-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

k. No change will be given.

l. E-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

m. Valid until 24/05/27.

n. Offer period is subject to your local store's opening hours.

o. Check your local store for opening hours.

p. Valid in UK and ROI stores only.

11. All Winning Multipacks have been made available to be won in a fair and random process. The distribution of £10,000 Ticket Winning Multipacks have been overseen for your complete confidence by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service. Due to the nature of the Promotion, it is not possible for products to be evenly distributed amongst retailers stocking Participating Walkers Products. As such, there is the potential for Winning Multipacks to not appear in some retailers. All Prizes may not be won depending on the number of participants into the Promotion and the number of winners who proceed to claim their Prize, but all Prizes have been distributed and made available to be won.

12. Prize Acceptance: Once eligibility of a Prize is confirmed and the Prize is accepted, notification to arrange fulfilment of a Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize the Winner must inform the Promoter by emailing walkersgoldenpotato@promowinners.com. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.

13. Transferability of Golden Packs and £10,000 Tickets: Golden Packs and £10,000 Tickets, must not be sold for commercial gain in any way, including on online auction sites. If the Promoter becomes aware that a Golden Pack or £10,000 Ticket has been made available for sale, bought or sold, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to redeem the Golden Pack or £10,000 Ticket without payment of compensation to the entrant who submits the relevant Golden Pack or £10,000 Ticket for verification as a valid win.

14. Provided no objection is received from the £10,000 Ticket winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available at www.promowinners.com/walkersgoldenpotato. Winners can object to their details being published during the Prize Claiming process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.

15. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

16. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.

b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.

c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

d. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

e. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.

f. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

g. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

17. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation. If for any reason a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize for another of equal or greater value.

18. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to Instagram.

19. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS15677) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

20. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

21. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion and will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: https://pepsicoprivacypolicy.com/en?domain=walkers.co.uk.

22. Pursuant to articles 15-21 of the GDPR, you can exercise the rights of consultation, modification, cancellation and oblivion, limitation of data processing or you can oppose to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons or for informational and promotional purposes, by writing to the data controller at the aforementioned mailing address or by e-mail europe.privacy@pepsico.com. In case of revocation of the consent given, which can be presented at any time, it is understood that this does not affect the lawfulness of the handle of the data based on the previously expressed consent or on alternative mechanisms to the consent permitted by law.

23. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

24. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

25. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

26. In the Republic of Ireland, this promotion is being carried out under a lottery license granted by the Dublin Metropolitan District Court on 8 October 2025. The lottery license is valid until 31 December 2026 and is held by Pieta House of First Floor Greenhills Retail Park, Greenhills Road, Tallaght Dublin 24, Dublin (Charity No: CHY16913).

27. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2. Changes made to this document will not be binding on PromoVeritas unless agreed in writing by us. It is the Client’s responsibility to inform us of any such changes, as this may affect the legality, operation and delivery of the Promotion.
