Mop-Up Draw: Any unclaimed prizes from the main promotion will be placed into a Mop-Up Draw. These winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the main promotional period.

The instant win promotion runs from 09:00 on 2 June 2025 until 23:59 on 25 September 2025.

Instant Win: If you’ve won, you’ll be instantly notified on screen after submitting your entry. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address linked to your JOY account to claim.

Mop Up Draw: If you are a provisional winner, you will be contacted via the email address provided within 7 days of the Mop-Up Draw date. Selected winners will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility within 14 days of initial contact. If you do not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining entries in the Mop-Up Prize Draw, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the prize.
