FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

 

2. THE ‘’PROMOTERS’’

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland) 18 years or over only, except:

a) employees of the Promoters or their holding or subsidiary companies;

b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoters or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are      professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or

c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

 

4. THE ‘’PROMOTION’’

4.1. The title of the Promotion is Lipton Ice Tea ‘Win that Summer Feeling’. 

4.2. The promotional period will open 09:00 on 2nd June 2025 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 on 25th September 2025 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Promotional Period”). All promotion entries received before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified. 

4.3. To enter, purchase a participating Lipton Ice Tea or Lipton Kombucha product (in-store or online) and scan the QR code on the in-store POS materials or visit www.joy-pepsico.eu/en-gb/lipton-summer-feeling, log into your JOY account or create one for free by entering your details (full name and email address) to enter.  Please see 4.4 for list of participating products. Participating products are available whilst stocks last and are subject to availability. 

4.4. Purchase of a participating Lipton Ice Tea product is necessary to enter the Promotion. Participating SKUs consist of:

330ml Can: Peach & Lemon

4.5. Maximum of one entry per one receipt. Maximum of one (1) Prize or Discount (together, “Prize”) per person for the entirety of the Promotion. Anyone found attempting to bypass this rule by, for example, using multiple email addresses to enter will be disqualified. If you win one (1) Prize, please do not continue to enter, as you will not be eligible to win any further Prizes.
 

4.6. Entrants must retain their receipt as proof of purchase showing date of purchase during the Promotional Period and prior to date of entry. The Promotor will request evidence of this before awarding any Prizes. 
 

4.7. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt of entry. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, or misdirected entries will not be accepted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
 

4.8. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

 

4.9. Any associated promotions run by retailers have different promotion dates, entry requirements and Prizes to the main Lipton Ice Tea Summer Feeling promotion.

 

5. Purchase is necessary. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but within the Promotion Period, as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize. Internet access and a valid email address are required. 

 

6. Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Promotion we believe in responsible consumption of our products. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Promotion.

 

7. THE PRIZES

7.1. There is a total of 23,200 Prizes available to be won, as follows:

7.2. During the Promotional Period, the 23,200 Prizes will be randomly assigned to daily winning moments across the Promotional Period via a secure, independently verified algorithm.  A 'winning moment' is a specific time, designated to the second, during which a Prize will be awarded.  If you are the first entrant to complete and submit the form on or after the time of the relevant winning moment, you will be allocated a Prize.  There are 23,200 winning moments in total, and there may be multiple winning moments during each day of the Promotional Period.  If no entry is received between one winning moment and the next, the Prize from that winning moment will be rolled over into the next winning moment and be available to be won then.  This means that in addition to the Prize already designated for the upcoming winning moment, the unclaimed Prize from the previous winning moment will also be available to be won by a separate entrant.  There is no guarantee all Prizes will be won in the Promotional Period if the number of entrants is less than the number of Prizes available.  

 

7.3. Any unclaimed Prizes will be reallocated back into the Prize pool during the Promotional Period and to the mop up draw referred to at 9.2 if after the close of the promotion. Receipt must state the time and date of purchase, which must pre-date the entry date and time, but be within the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 Prize.
 

 

7.4. The Prizes are supplied by HeyHuman & VCG Limited and administered through the Promoter’s agents listed below (the “Prize Providers”): 

1 HeyHuman, 79-81 Borough Rd, London SE1 1DN (Prize planners).

2 VCG The PromoRisk People, 2 Marchmont Gate, Maxted Road, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 7BE (Prize fulfilment).

 

7.5. Subject to 11.1. the Promoter shall have no liability in relation to any Prize provided by a third-party provider.

 

7.6. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for an alternate Prize or compensation in whole or in part.

 

7.7. The Promoter reserves the right to replace any Prize with an alternative Prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

 

8. FURTHER PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

8.1. All-inclusive holiday for 2:

1 Winners will receive their Prize in the form of Inspire Travel eGift cards to the value of £3,500 via email. 

2 The eGift cards can be used as a form of payment using the methods shown on the gift card or e-gift card for new travel bookings sold by Inspire only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other travel provider, travel voucher or promotion.

3 The eGift card is valid for 18 months from date of issue and subject to the issuer’s terms which can be found here.

8.2. UK Weekend break for 2:

1 Winners will receive their Prize in the form of Inspire Travel eGift cards to the value of £1,000 via email. 

2 The eGift cards can be used as a form of payment using the methods shown on the gift card or e-gift card for new travel bookings sold by Inspire only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other travel provider, travel voucher or promotion.

3 The eGift card is valid for 18 months from date of issue and subject to the issuer’s terms which can be found here.

8.3. £200 travel gift card:

1 Winners will receive their Prize in the form of an Inspire Travel eGift cards to the value of £200 via email. 

2 The eGift card can be used as a form of payment using the methods shown on the gift card or e-gift card for new travel bookings sold by Inspire only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other travel provider, travel voucher or promotion.

3 The eGift card is valid for 18 months from date of issue and subject to the issuer’s terms which can be found here.

8.4. £100/£50 Entertainment eGift card

1 Winners will receive their Prize in the form of a £100/£50 Ticketmaster eGift card via email. 

2 The Ticketmaster e-Gift card is valid for 12 months from date of issue and subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions that can be found here.

8.5. Lipton branded items: 

1 Winners will receive their Prize by post. 

2 It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.

3 The Promoter is not liable for any Prizes once distributed/dispatched to a winner and the Promoter will not be responsible for any Prizes not received, broken or lost in transit.

8.6. Dragon Egg BBQ: 

1 Winners will receive a Dragon Egg Charcoal Grill BBQ, a dual construction distinctive egg-shaped design that combines heat retention, cast iron grills for even cooking, and built-in temperature control, making it a versatile and stylish choice for outdoor grilling.

2 It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.

3 The Promoter is not liable for any Prizes once distributed/dispatched to a winner and the Promoter will not be responsible for any Prizes not received, broken or lost in transit.

8.7. £1 Money Off Next Purchase coupons:

1 Winners will receive an email containing a unique link to a downloadable £1 money off coupon which can be redeemed against any participating bottle or multipack SKU of Lipton Ice Tea. 

2 The coupon can be printed once only. A printer is required.

3 Coupons must not be forwarded to anyone else and must be redeemed within 30 days of printing. 

4 Coupon cannot be redeemed online. 

5 Only one coupon can be used per transaction. Attempts at multiple redemption of the coupon by the same winner or use by anyone else not intended to receive the link to the downloadable coupon may result in rejection of the coupon by a retailer and disqualification of that winner from further participation in the Promotion. 

6 The link to the downloadable coupon will expire on 31 October 2025.

 

9. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFCATION & ACCEPTANCE 

9.1. Winners will be notified instantly on screen after entry, including what Prize they have won. Picnic/BBQ Prize winners will receive an email with a link to provide their postal address by 30 November 2025. Winner receipts may be requested by email sent to the email address linked to the winner’s JOY account.

9.2. Any unclaimed Prizes will be reallocated back into the Prize pool if during the Promotional Period and to the Mop-Up Draw referred to at 9.5 if after the close of the Promotional Period. 

9.3. A Mop-Up Draw for all unclaimed Prizes from the Promotional Period to take place on 03/10/25 (the “Mop-Up Draw Date”) via a randomised computer process. All unsuccessful valid entries received in the Promotional Period will be entered into the Mop-Up Draw. Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the Mop-Up Draw and will be required to respond within 14 days of this initial notification to confirm acceptance of the Prize and provide postal address details if required. In the event a winner does not respond to this notification within 14 days of initial contact, rejects their Prize, or is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining entries, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the Prize. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. The process will repeat twice after which all remaining Prizes will be deemed null and void. 

9.4. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion.  The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects delivery of their Prize. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner does not, or is not able to, take up their Prize.

10. PRIZE DELIVERY

10.1. Following completion of the verification process, Prizes will be delivered within 28 days to the email address supplied at time of entry or postal address supplied at time of Prize claim.

10.2. If any Prizes are unable to be fulfilled due to inaccurate details or delay on the part of any winner, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the Prize entitlement with no liability. 

 

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring in connection with this Promotion or as a result of taking up any Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. For the avoidance of doubt, this clause 11.1 shall also apply in respect of any Prize provided by a third-party provider, in this case the Prize Providers. 

 

12. DATA PROTECTION

12.1. By entering the promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the Promotion entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers solely to administer this Promotion.

12.2. The Promoter will make available the holiday, travel voucher and Ticketmaster giftcard Prize winners’ surnames, and counties to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of each closing date of this Promotion. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing lipton@promotioncustomerservices.com. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by emailing lipton@promotioncustomerservices.com. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. 

12.3. Winners may be requested but are not obliged to take part in any reasonable publicity and related promotional purposes. 

12.4. Your personal details will always be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation (UK GDPR, DPA18). Entrants' personal data will be used and will be held in accordance with the Promoters’ Privacy Policies, which is available here: https://pepsicoprivacypolicy.com/en?domain=walkers.co.uk and www.britvic.com/site-services/privacy. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to lipton@promotioncustomerservices.com. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.  

12.5. All data will be deleted by 31 December 2025 or when all mop-up Prize winner communications are completed, whichever comes last. 

 

13. GENERAL

13.1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase and ID including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent for of identification clearly showing the entrant’s date of birth). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant if the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the Promotion or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the Promotion.

13.2. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), neither the Promoter nor the Prize Providers will be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations. 

13.3. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and are not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. Neither the Promoter nor the Prize Providers will be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay, or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion. 

13.4. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

(a) Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.

(b) Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. 

(c) Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

(d) Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means. 

(e) Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

(f) Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.

(g) Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions. 

(h) Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

(i) The time and date of purchase on your itemised receipt must be during the Promotional Period and prior to your entry in order to be valid. Each receipt can only be used once for a single entry regardless of variety and quantity purchased. Receipts must not be altered or tampered with. Any receipts that have been altered or tampered with will be deemed invalid. Receipts that are created or modified using artificial intelligence (AI), or any photo editing tools will not be accepted. The Promoter and its agencies reserve the right to reject any receipt that they believe, at their sole discretion, has been created, amended or otherwise not in its original form. Entrants must retain their receipt as proof of purchase. The Promoter will request evidence of this before awarding any Prizes.

13.5. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prizes or any element of the Prizes are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.

13.6. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page.

13.7. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

13.8. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

13.9. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

13.10. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

13.11. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail. 

These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom in which case your local laws and courts will have jurisdiction.

13.12. The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.

13.13. If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.

 

COUPON TERMS (not to appear as part of online terms and conditions). 

£1 off any bottle of Lipton Ice Tea

To the customer: This coupon can be used as part payment towards any bottle of Lipton Ice Tea in participating retailers, subject to pack availability on coupon redemption. Only one coupon can be redeemed per transaction. This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be exchanged for cash. Coupon cannot be redeemed online. Void if reproduced, altered or expired. Coupons cannot be sold, transferred or auctioned. This coupon can be printed only once. Attempts to print multiple copies will be prevented and result in the original coupon becoming void. This coupon can only be redeemed against a product listed above. Any attempt to use it contrary to these terms will be rejected by the retailer.

COUPONS ARE UNIQUE AND TRACKABLE – DUPLICATION WILL BE DETECTED

To the retailer: Promoters will redeem this coupon provided that it has ONLY been accepted as part payment towards any bottle of Lipton Ice Tea. Promoters reserve the right to refuse to pay for defaced or copied coupons or those accepted contrary to these terms of use.
