SHORT TERMS
18+, UK/ROI. Opens 00:00 on 23.01.2026 – 23:59 on 15.02.2026. To enter the competition, from your TikTok account, submit a creative video showing a new Walkers flavour idea, including the hashtag #dousaflavour and tagging @walkers_crisps in the caption. Valid submissions with the highest levels of TikTok engagements (views, likes, shares, comments) will be judged by a panel against a set of criteria to select a shortlist of 6 flavours. A series of real-life challenges (represented by influencers) will determine the final 2 flavours, which will be manufactured by Walkers and sold between 15 August 2026 and 30 November 2026. The flavour with the highest sales performance in this period will be declared the winner. The winning creator will receive 5% of retail sales generated during this limited-edition period, plus 5% of first year permanent listing sales, up to a total of £500,000 (or € equivalent). Runner-up receives £10,000 (or € equivalent). No purchase necessary. Internet access and TikTok account required. Max. 1 entry per person. FULL TERMS
- These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or Promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all Entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions and TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Please retain a copy for your information.
- Promoter: Walkers Snacks Ltd, 1 Station Hill Square, Reading, Berkshire, England, RG1 1LN.
- This Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
- No purchase necessary; however, internet access and a valid TikTok account is required. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one in order to participate – you will require an active email address in order to do this.
- Entry Period: Enter between 00:00 on the 23 January 2026 and 23:59 on 15 February 2026 inclusive. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
- PHASE 1: Entry: To enter the competition, submit a creative video with a new flavour idea for Walkers from your TikTok account, and include the hashtag #dousaflavour and tag @walkers_crisps in the caption. The Promoter is looking for submissions with the best mix of an exciting and workable flavour idea, creative presentation and energy; see clause 15 below for more detail.
- Maximum of 1 Entry is permitted per person. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details including but not limited to creating multiple accounts will be disqualified from this Promotion.
- In the event that an Entry features more than one person, or another person other than the Entrant, the owner of the TikTok account used for that Entry shall be the Entrant. The Entrant is required to receive permission from any other persons featured to be included in the Entry. All persons taking part in an Entry must be 18+.
- The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries, which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
- are in breach of the Terms and Conditions;
- show the likeness or imagery of any individual who is not the person entering the Promotion, unless that person has given the Entrant permission for their likeness to be used;
- contain or have as a background any content that is rude, offensive, obscene, sexual, derogatory, defamatory, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, which could reflect negatively upon the name, reputation or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner, or which is otherwise unsuitable for publication;
- contain images or references to any branded food or beverage products other than Walkers crisps; nor can they contain or reference any third-party names, logos and/or trademarks;
- promote any political agenda;
- contain content deemed socially irresponsible or likely to breach the CAP Code (i.e. the UK advertising rules).
- The Promoter monitors responses to this Promotion and if any responses or any previous posts made by an Entrant are, or could be regarded as being, disrespectful towards other members of the TikTok community or which contain anything which is likely to, or could cause offence or distress, these will be removed from the Promotion. Entrant’s use on TikTok is subject to TikTok’s Terms and Conditions.
- Entrants who make an Entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
- Incomplete, invalid, misdirected or late entries will be disqualified. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
- All Entrants acknowledge that other Entrants may have submitted ideas and concepts that may be similar or the same to his/her Entry, and that he/she will not be entitled to any compensation or right to negotiate with the Promoter over such matters. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that there are multiple submissions with the same flavour suggestion, the shortlist will be chosen against social engagement and the full set of judging criteria and not by time or date of submission.
- Shortlist Selection Process: All valid Entrants will be ranked based on a composite score taking into account level of engagement (views, likes, shares and comments) to select the 100 best performing TikTok submissions as follows:
- Group 1: All valid entries posted between 00:00 on 23 January 2026 and 23:59 on 31 January 2026, will be ranked by level of engagement on 03 February 2026 to determine the top 50.
- Group 2: All valid entries posted between 00:00 on 1 February 2026 and 23:59 on 15 February 2026, will be ranked by level of engagement on 18 February 2026 to determine the top 50.
- The top 50 rated submissions of each Group 1 and Group 2 will be judged for feasibility by the Promoter’s Research and Development Team (see further details below).
- Feasible submissions will then be judged by a panel including at least one independent panellist member to find the best submitted Entries from each Group, based on the Selection Criteria detailed in clause 15 below. Following identity checks and consent agreement from Shortlisted Entrants. The Promoter will confirm the six Shortlisted flavours by 27 February 2026.
- In the event that the 100 best performing submissions do not deliver, in the Promoter’s opinion, a wide enough range of flavours for shortlisting, further batches of the 25 next best performing Entrants will be considered.
- Shortlist Selection Criteria: Shortlisted Entries shall be selected based on the following criteria:
- Initially, shortlisted via the level of social engagement on TikTok, as measured by views, likes, shares and comments;
- Compliance with Promotion Terms and Conditions;
- R&D/manufacturing practicality of the flavour being created, specifically as a non-HFSS (High Fat, Sugar and Salt) product;
- Judged by Judging Panel including an independent judge using the following criteria:
- Creativity of video
- Originality of flavour
- Public appeal
- Shortlist Notification: Entrants with potential to become one of the 6 shortlisted flavours will be notified via DM on TikTok in confidence between 03 February 2026 and 27 February 2026. Entrants MUST monitor their TikTok account during this time in case they are contacted. Shortlisted entrants will have 24 hours from the time of first notification to confirm receipt and return a signed disclaimer form to the promoter to verify their identity, CONTACT DETAILS, eligibility and agreement to help promote their flavour via interviews, photoshoots and events. If attempted notification via DM on TikTok cannot be made, or if a Shortlisted Entrant cannot be verified within the time required, or if a Shortlisted Entrant is otherwise unable to accept their status as a Shortlisted Entrant or is otherwise ineligible, their selection as a Shortlisted Entrant will be forfeited and an alternate Shortlisted Entrant may be selected, in the Promoter's sole discretion. All Shortlisted Entrants are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Notification: The 6 Shortlisted Entrants shall be notified via email or mobile in confidence by 27 February 2026. If you haven’t heard by 2 March 2026, your submission has not been shortlisted.
- NOTIFICATION OF SHORTLIST STATUS MUST BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL UNTIL THE SHORTLIST IS PUBLICLY REVEALED BY THE PROMOTER OR YOUR ENTRY WILL NOT BE SELECTED AS A SHORTLISTED FLAVOUR AND ANY PRIZE MAY BE FORFEITED.
- The Promoter reserves the right to alter the name of an Entry in its sole discretion including but not limited to correction of errors, cosmetic changes to images or where Entry names are not in compliance with applicable laws and regulations or are otherwise not appropriate. Put simply, THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE ANY NECESSARY CHANGES TO ENTRIES AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION AT ANY TIME DURING THE COMPETITION.
- PHASE 2 Selection of the top 2 flavours:
- Flavour Challenges. The six Shortlisted Flavour submissions (“Shortlisted Flavours”) submitted by the six Shortlisted Entrants will progress to Phase 2 of the Promotion. Phase 2 is expected to take place between March and July 2026. Each Shortlisted Flavour will be randomly paired with an influencer.
- The influencers will champion their assigned Shortlisted Flavour through a series of TikTok-inspired real-life challenges designed to help showcase, test, and differentiate the Shortlisted Flavour ideas, and to select the two best flavours that will go into production. The challenges may include, by way of example only, cooking challenges, blind taste tests with consumers, or pitching flavour concepts to a judging panel.
- Level of influencer following will not impact the outcome of the real-life challenges.
- The six Shortlisted Entrants may be invited to participate in promotional content creation as part of Phase 2. Any such participation will not have any influence on the selection of the final two flavours.
- The performance, outcomes, and progression of Phase 2 will be determined solely by the influencer challenges and/or the judging criteria. The original Entrants associated with the Shortlisted Flavours will have no responsibility for, or control over, these outcomes.
- The Promoter makes no guarantees regarding the influencer assigned to any Finalist Flavour and accepts no responsibility for an influencer’s performance, behaviour, interpretation of the challenges, or success in Phase 2. By entering the Promotion, Entrants acknowledge and accept that their flavour submission may be eliminated in Phase 2 for reasons outside of their control.
- All decisions made by the Promoter in connection with Phase 2, including influencer selection, challenge format, judging, and final outcomes, are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- PHASE 3: Selection of the ultimate Prize Winner: The Winner selection process consists of the following:
- Two Finalists’ flavour creations shall be manufactured The Promoter and sold between 15 August 2026 and 30 November 2026 (“Limited-Edition Period”). Each flavour will be given equal levels of advertising and shopper marketing support.
- The best-selling flavour across a selection of retail channels shall determine which Finalist is the Winner.
- The Prizes: There are two Prizes as follows:
- Winner Prize: up to £500,000 (or € equivalent), calculated as 5% of the total UK Retail Sales Value of the Winning flavour during the Limited-Edition Period between 15 August 2026 and 30 November 2026 plus 5% of the first year’s permanent listing total UK Retail Sales Value of the Winning flavour. The dates of the first year (52 weeks) of the permanent listing are to be determined by the Promoter but are expected to be in market within the first quarter of 2027.
- Runner-up Prize: £10,000 (or € equivalent).
- Sale and distribution of the Finalist flavours cannot be guaranteed: The two Finalists’ flavours will be put into production following selection and the two Finalists’ flavours will be on sale from on/around 15 August 2026. Sales and distribution of the Finalist flavours is dependent on participation by retailers and cannot be guaranteed by the Promoter.
- The Promoter makes no representations or warranties with respect to the volume or period of sale of the Winner’s flavours of crisps. It is at the Promoter's sole discretion how long the Winner’s flavour of crisps will stay in production, and/or the manufacturing volumes and distribution levels of that flavour. The Promoter has the right in its sole discretion not to produce, and/or to withdraw from production at any time and for any reason, the Winner’s flavour. If the flavour is de-listed and is later brought back into production, the Winner will no longer be entitled to such 5% of net revenue of future sales of their finalist flavour crisps sold in the UK.
- Winner notification: Winner shall be notified by email no later than 21 December 2026.
- Winner Prize Fulfilment: The Prize will be paid in two stages:
- 5% of retail sales value (as recorded by Nielsen) generated during the Limited-Edition sale period (15 August 2026 to 30 November 2026), payable to the Winner via bank transfer to the bank account details provided by Winner by 28 February 2027.
- 5% of retail sales value (as recorded by Nielsen) generated during the first 52 weeks of permanent listing payable to the winner via bank transfer to the bank account details provided by Winner by 30 April 2028.
- The Winner’s total Prize value shall not exceed £500,000 (or € equivalent).
- Runner-up notification: Runner-up shall be notified by email no later than 21 December 2026.
- Runner-up Prize Fulfilment: The Runner-up Prize of £10,000 (or € equivalent) is payable to the Runner-up via bank transfer to the bank account details provided by Runner-up by 28 February 2027.
- The € equivalent value of the Prize for Winners resident in ROI will be calculated based on the exchange rate on the day of Prize Acceptance. The exchange rate and calculation will be determined in the Promoter’s sole discretion.
- UK or ROI bank account required for Prize payment.
- In the event any Tax becomes due by reason of this Agreement, such Tax shall be borne by the party upon whom such Tax is imposed by applicable law. For the purposes of this clause “Tax” means: all foreign, federal, state, provincial, local and other taxes, fees, levies, duties and other assessments or charges of whatever kind (including without limitations, income, excise, stamp, transfer, property, value added, real estate, sales, payroll, gains, gross receipts, withholding and franchise taxes) together with any interest, penalties, or additions payable in connection with such taxes, fees, levies, duties or other assessments or charges.
- The Prize is non-transferable and will be made payable to the Winner.
- Other than the Winner, the Runner-up is not entitled to any claim or a percentage of any sales of the Runner-up’s flavours of crisps.
- It is the responsibility of the Entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and acceptance of the prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
- Provided no objection is received, if you are the Winner or the Runner-up, your surname and county of residence will be made available by the Promoter to anyone sending a request to via https://contact.pepsico.com/walkers from 22nd December 2026, for a period of 12 weeks. You can object to your surname or county of residence being published or request or the amount of information being published to be reduced by making this known via https://contact.pepsico.com/walkers. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
- The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation.
- In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
- Numerous factors outside the control of the Promoter may interfere with the operation of TikTok. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to TikTok.
- To ensure fairness and the integrity of the Promotion to all participants, the Promoter will not enter into discussions regarding the running of this Promotion via TikTok but will respond to questions via https://contact.pepsico.com/walkers.
- This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with TikTok. By entering the Promotion, all participants accept that they have no claim against TikTok. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to TikTok and that TikTok has no liability for any element of this Promotion.
- The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
- An Entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an Entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that Entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that Entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.
- The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s Entry to the Promotion.
- Should an act, omission, event or circumstance occur which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms & Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify any entry and may refuse to award the Prize or withdraw prize entitlement or refuse further participation in the Promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the Promotion or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.
- The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding. No correspondence shall be entered into apart from with the Finalists.
- Warranties: As condition of entry into this Promotion, by submitting your Entry you:
- Warrant and represent that your Entry, including without limitation the flavour name and the image (unless a Walkers provided stock image is used at the point of entry): (a) is original to you (b) is submitted in good faith (c) has been legally obtained and created; (d) does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights or any other legal or moral rights of any third party, or violate applicable laws, regulations, or network standards; (e) has not been entered in or won previous Promotions or awards; and (f) has not be published previously in any medium.
- Warrant and represent that notification of Finalist and Winner status will be kept confidential until the Finalists and/or Winner are publicly revealed by Promoter. Breach of this clause 46.b. will result in the Winner’s prize being forfeited and your Entry will not be put into production as a Finalist Entry, and the Promoter shall have the right in its sole discretion to substitute an alternative Finalist or Winner.
- Warrant and represent that you have obtained all necessary rights and consents in the content of your Entry, including but not limited to use of images or likenesses of people featured in Entry images.
- Irrevocably assign with full title guarantee to the Promoter and its affiliates, legal representatives, assigns, agents and licensees all rights, title and interest in the Entry, including, with respect to the Promotion, your name, likeness, biographical material as well as any additional photographic images, portraits, interviews or other materials relating to you and arising out of your participation in the Promotion ("Additional Materials") in any media throughout the world and without additional review, compensation or approval from you or any other party. Further, you hereby grant permission for any use by Promoter, without compensation, of your name and likeness in connection with the Promotion.
- Forever waive any rights of privacy, intellectual property rights and any other legal or moral rights that may preclude the Promoter’s use of your Entry or the Additional Materials, or require your permission for the Promoter to use them for any purpose, and agree to never sue or assert any claim against the Promoter or any of its affiliates or agents for their use of your Entry or the Additional Materials.
- Agree to indemnify and hold the Promoter and its respective affiliates, harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs and liabilities relating to any allegation regarding the acceptance or use of the prize, your status as Finalist or Winner or the Entry itself.
- The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid entries including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, and other relevant details of an Entrant.
- Promoter reserves the right to carry out reasonable due diligence to confirm eligibility and help ensure that the use of any Entrant or Entry in advertising or publicity for the Promotion will not bring the Promoter or any of the PepsiCo brands into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavourably on the Promotion as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. In the event that the Promoter is not satisfied of the above following such due diligence, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any such Entry and/or Entrant. In particular (but without limitation), if the actual, alleged or publicised conduct of any Entrant is illegal, or if any Entrant has been charged with or convicted of a crime, or in Promoter’s sole discretion is otherwise grossly offensive or violates generally accepted standards of behaviour (including but not limited to illicit drug use or public intoxication) or otherwise leads the Promoter to reasonably believe or conclude that the public association with the Entrant subjects Promoter to ridicule, contempt, controversy, embarrassment or scandal, Promoter, in its sole discretion, may disqualify Entrant and such Entrant’s Entry will no longer be eligible for this Promotion.
- In the Republic of Ireland this promotion is being carried out from 1 January 2026 under a lottery licence granted by the Dublin Metropolitan District Court on 8 October 2025. The lottery license is held by Pieta House of First Floor Greenhills Retail Park, Greenhills Road, Tallaght Dublin 24, Dublin (Charity No: CHY16913).
- Any and all personal data provided by you in connection with this Promotion will be used solely by the Promoter (or its appointed agents) to: (i) assist with running the Promotion; and/or (ii) conduct analytics to improve the Promoter’s promotions, products or services. The Promoter (or its appointed agents) will not contact you for reasons other than this Promotion unless you have provided your express consent. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: https://www.pepsicoprivacypolicy.com/en.
- If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction. This does not affect your legal rights as a UK consumer.
