FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. All entry instructions form part of these Terms & Conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of entry.

2. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (“UK”) aged 18 or over. Any persons directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion (including but not limited to any employees of the Promoter, its affiliates and its agencies) are excluded from entering this promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, residents of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man are excluded from entering this promotion.

3. Purchase is necessary. Please retain pack as this may be required for validation. A new pack must be used for each entry. Internet access and a valid email address are required.

4. Promotional Period: Enter between 00:00 on 01 October 2025 and 23:59 on 09 January 2026 inclusive.

5. To Enter:

(a) Purchase a promotional pack of Quaker, as defined in Clause 6.

7. The Prizes: There is a single Prize pool across all promotional products.

(a) Prizes: There is a total of 113 Prizes to be won in the Prize Draw as follows:

1. 1 x trip for two to the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 from 9 February 2026 to 11 February 2026 (Cortina).

2. 1 x trip for two to the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 from 12 February 2026 to 14 February 2026 (Milan).

8. Further Prize Details and Conditions:

Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 Trip winners are allocated a specific Prize. Winners cannot choose the location, events or dates of their Prize or request an alternative Prize.

a) Trip for two to the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 from 9 February 2026 to 11 February 2026 (Cortina).

1. Return economy flights from any UK International airport to Venice Marco Polo Airport.

2. Private return transfers from Venice Marco Polo Airport to hotel.

3. Official Olympic Winter Games tickets to Curling (Mixed Doubles Semifinal) and Alpine Skiing (W Team Combined).

4. 2 nights’ accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis in a double occupancy room at Hotel de la Poste, Cortina.

5. Daily access to Clubhouse 26 fan hospitality venue in the heart of Cortina.

6. Tickets, Clubhouse 26 hospitality and accommodation is provided by On Location, The International Olympic Committee’s (IOC) exclusive global hospitality provider for Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026

7. £500 spending money, payable by BACS to a UK bank account.

8. Winner and guest must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel and issued less than 10 years before your departure date.

9. Travel insurance and any necessary visas are responsibility of winner and guest.

(b) 1 x trip for two to the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 from 12 February 2026 to 14 February 2026 (Milan).

1. Return economy flights from any UK International airport to Milano Malpensa Airport.

2. Private return transfers from Milano Malpensa Airport to hotel.

3. Official Olympic Winter Games tickets to Short Track (W 500m QF/SF/Finals + M

4. 1000m QF/SF/Finals) and Ice Hockey (M Preliminary Round).

5. 2 nights’ accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis in a double occupancy room at Unahotels Cusani, Milan.

6. Daily metro card.

2. Such athletes to be chosen by the Promoter in its sole discretion.

(e) Team GB eGift cards.

1. Valid for 12 months from date of issue and subject to the issuers terms and conditions that can be found here.

9. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per day during the Promotional Period. Each purchase of a promotional pack may only be used to enter once. Whilst we want you to enjoy this promotion, please do not purchase more product than you can reasonably consume to increase your chances of winning.

10. Maximum of 1 Prize per person during the Promotional Period.

11. Winner Selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion period will be entered into a Prize Draw to be conducted within 3 working days of the end of the Promotion period.

12. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry within 2 working days of the Prize Draw and will be required to respond to confirm identity, eligibility plus acceptance of the Prize within 7 days of initial contact for trip Prizes and within 14 days of initial contact for all other Prizes. In the event a winner does not respond to communications within the provided time frames of initial contact outlined above, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining entries in the Prize Draw, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the Prize.

13. Prize Draw Prize Delivery:

(a) If you receive a notification that you have won a trip to Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026, you will be sent your Prize details and booking instructions to the email address provided within 5 working days of Prize acceptance and spending money will be sent by BACS to the UK bank details provided by 9 February 2026.

(b) If you receive a notification that you are a signed Team GB merchandise Prize winner, you will be asked to provide your postal address to which your Prize will be sent within 28 days of confirming details.

(c) If you receive a notification that you are a Team GB eGift card Prize winner, you will be emailed your Prize within 28 days of confirming details.

(d) In the unlikely event that a Prize doesn’t arrive within this timeframe, the Winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by contacting https://www.quaker.co.uk/contact-us. If a Winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.

14. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize for it, of equal or greater value.

15. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.

16. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to www.joy-pepsico.eu/en-gb/promotions/quaker/teamGB.

17. The Promoter is not responsible in the event that a winner fails to receive their Prize as a result of having provided inaccurate or incorrect postal address or email address.

18. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. The winners are under no obligation to participate and may decline this request. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

20. The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

21. An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any Prize awarded will be void. Entrants are not permitted to enter using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

22. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.

23. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.

24. Any and all personal data provided by you in connection with this Promotion will be used solely by the Promoter (or its appointed agents) to: (i) assist with running the Promotion; and/or (ii) conduct analytics to improve the Promoter’s promotions, products or services. The Promoter (or its appointed agents) will not contact you for reasons other than this Promotion unless you have provided your express consent. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://www.pepsicoprivacypolicy.com/en.

25. Except where a winner has requested that their details are not shared, the winners' details (surname and county) will be available for a period of 30 days by contacting https://www.quaker.co.uk/contact-us between 15 February 2026 and 17 March 2026. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.

26. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.

27. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

28. If a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the detail in any promotional material arises, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.

29. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
