Pepsi Music Stage Pass Promotion - Full Terms & Conditions
Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
1. The Promoter: This promotion is operated by PepsiCo International Limited, One Station Hill, Garrard Street, Reading, RG1 1NR (CRN: 01521219)
2. Eligibility: The promotion is open to residents in Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and its holding companies and subsidiaries and their immediate families; its agents, suppliers, and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
3. Promotional Period: Opens 00:00:01 BST on 1st June 2026 and closes 23:59:59 BST inclusive on 30th September 2026. Any entries received before or after this time will not be included in the promotion.
4. Internet access and registration required. No purchase necessary.
5. Entry is restricted to one entry per person, per day. For the avoidance of doubt, a winner can win a maximum of 2 times, 1 online instant win prize and 1 prize from the monthly prize draw.
6. Entry Instructions: To participate, entrants must scan the QR code on pack, register/log in with their first name, last name, email address and country at www.joy-pepsico.eu/en-gb/promotions/pepsimusic, accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy, confirm they are over 18 and submit their entry to find out instantly if they have won a prize online. An optional marketing tick box will also be included. An entry will also be made into the monthly prize draw. Entrants who enter at a randomly allocated winning moment will win the online instant prize allocated to that winning moment.
7. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is entering the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.
8. Online Instant Win prizes: If a participant instantly wins a prize online, they will be presented with a winning message on screen with details of the prize they have won. They will also be sent an email with a link to a winner’s page to enter their phone number and address for delivery of their online instant win prize. All physical online instant win prizes will be sent to winners within 28 days of receipt of winner phone number and address for delivery using a tracked courier or Royal Mail.
Festival ticket winners will be sent an e-code to the email address provided on entry to claim their ticket.
Gig ticket winners will be contacted by the Promoter’s appointed prize agency NDL (CRN: 2997986) to discuss which gig the winner would like to attend and NDL will arrange the tickets (subject to availability).
During the Promotional Period, prizes have been randomly allocated and linked to ‘winning moments’ that have been randomly pre-selected during the Promotion Period by an independent verification service. There are a total of 1000 online winning moments available. If no entry is received between one winning moment to the next, the Prize from that winning moment will be awarded to the next entry made during the Promotion Period. The first valid entry received on or after a winning moment will be awarded a prize, subject to verification. Not all prizes may be won if winning moments are not matched with valid entries.
9. Monthly Prize Draw Winner Selection: 10 winners and 20 reserve winners will be selected from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period each month within 7 days from the end of June 2026 and July 2026.
15 winners and 30 reserve winners will be drawn within 7 days from the end of August 2026 and September 2026. The draw will be conducted by a randomly verified electronic automated process. Winner selection details are stated below:

10. Winner Notification: The monthly prize draw winners of a Pepsi Music Stage Pass prize will be notified by email to the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of the monthly prize draw date. The winners will have 10 days to accept their prize by confirming in writing in response to the initial winner notification email they receive and provide their phone number for follow up contact from NDL. In the case that they do not respond in time to first contact, reject the prize or are ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to the next eligible entrant selected at random from the valid entries that were received. If, for any of the monthly prize draw prizes, the initial winner and 2 reserves are ineligible or do not respond to communications within the stated timeframe, the Promoter is entitled to withdraw that prize and stop approaching reserves.
Once the winner has accepted the monthly prize draw Pepsi Music Stage Pass prize within 10 days, and provided their phone number, they will be contacted by the Promoters appointed prize agency NDL to discuss the prize. The winner can select their wish list of a maximum of 10 shows across 12 months to be arranged by NDL (all tickets are subject to availability and are not guaranteed).
11. It is the responsibility of the participant to check their email account to ensure they are in receipt of their winner notification. The Promoter is not responsible for an entrant making a late claim on their win if this email is missed or not read/or responded to for any reason.
12. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into regarding the selection of winners.
13. Prizes: There are 1050 available prizes (50 Pepsi Pass prizes and 1000 online instant win prizes) to be won:
Prizes (to be won via a monthly prize draw):
- 50x Pepsi Music Stage Passes, consisting of 10 pairs of tickets to Pepsi Partnership Venues (listed in Clause 14) and events across 1 year from October 2026 to October 2027
- Each winner will also receive a surprise and delight of up to £200 – potential surprise and delight prizes include (but are not limited to) a hotel stay, dinner, travel, and tour merchandise.

14. Pepsi Partnership Venues include but are not limited to Live Nation, The O2 Academy Music Group, Wembley Stadium connected by EE, The O2 arena, Co-op Live, The NEC Group (NEC Birmingham, Utilita Arena Birmingham, BP Pulse Live) and Drumsheds.
15. All Pepsi Music Stage Pass tickets, Festival, Gig and Venue Tickets are subject to availability and are not guaranteed and will be advised of at the time of winner notification and / or liaison.
16. The winners of Festival, Gig, Venue tickets, and Pepsi Music Stage passes are responsible for any expenses related to travelling to and from venues, as well as any accommodation, food, drink, merchandise, and any other expenses.
17. Winners may be asked, but are not obliged, to take part in publicity.
18. No cash or other alternative prize will be provided, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize or part of a prize of equal or greater value. The prizes are non-transferable.

21. General: The Promoter will make available the Pepsi Music Stage Pass Promotion Prize Draw winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting Contact Pepsi UK | Customer Care or in response to the email advising of their win. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the Pepsi Music Stage Pass Promotion Monthly Prize Draw winners’ details by contacting Contact Pepsi UK | Customer Care with such contact to arrive within 3 months from the date of each monthly prize draw with “Pepsi Music Stage Pass Promotion Monthly Prize Draw Winners” in the subject box of the email. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests.
22. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
23. Your personal details will only be used for the purposes of administering this promotion and for no other purposes unless you have opted in to receiving future marketing mailings from the Promoter. You acknowledge that the Promoter may pass such information to its third-party agency, solely for the purposes of administering the promotion. This includes The NDL Group Ltd whose privacy policy is https://www.ndlgroup.com/privacy-policy. All data will be used in accordance with current Data Protection legislation and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the Website https://www.pepsico.com/privacy . You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by visiting the link here. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described in these terms and conditions. All data obtained will be deleted by 31st December 2026.
24. Those who try and circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
25. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. This does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights.
26. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for lost, late, damaged, corrupted, or misdirected entries or claims and the Promoter is not responsible for any late, incomplete, or misdirected delivery of communications (email or otherwise), except in the event of wilful intent on the part of the Promoter or its agents.
27. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions , at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
28. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay, or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.
29. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners including, but not limited to, asking for , proof of address and ID (passport or driving licence) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
30. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
31. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
