Full Terms & Conditions:
1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners), its agents and anyone professionally association with this Promotion.
2. Purchase is necessary. Please retain all packaging with the unique codes, as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize. Internet access, valid email address and a device capable of scanning a QR code is required. A UK bank account is required to redeem a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Prize.
3. Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Promotion we believe in responsible consumption of our products. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Promotion.
4. Promotion Period:
a. Main Promotion Period: Purchase a Promotional Pack (see clause 6) and follow the instructions on the colour change can between 00:01 BST on the 1 June 2026 and 23:59 BST on the 20 July 2026 inclusive.
b. Wrap-Up Draw Promotion Period: Purchase a Promotional Pack (see clause 6) and follow the instructions on the colour change can between 00:01 BST on the 21 July 2026 and 23:59 BST on the 17 August 2026 inclusive.
5. To Enter:
a. Purchase a Promotional Pack of Pepsi Max and chill the cans in the fridge to reveal a colour change, a QR code and instructions.
b. Once revealed, follow the instructions on the colour change can by scanning the QR code and log into your JOY account (or create one for free by entering your details (full name, email address and country)).
c. During the Main Promotion Period: Once logged in, complete the online entry form by entering the unique code found on the underside of the ring pull of the colour change can to find out instantly what Prize you have won.
d. During the Wrap-Up Promotion Period: Once logged in, complete the online entry form by entering the unique code found on the colour change can to be entered into the Wrap-Up Prize Draw.
A total of 150,000 colour change cans will be fairly and randomly distributed amongst Promotional Packs during the Main Promotion Period. Each colour change can represents a winning can and entitles the finder to a Prize. The number of Prizes actually awarded will depend on the number of valid entries submitted and Prize claims received during the Main Promotion Period. Any unclaimed Prizes in Tiers 1 to 3 will be included in the Wrap-Up Draw Prize Pool.
6. Promotional Packs:
a. Pepsi Max Multipack 18 x 330ml
b. Pepsi Max Multipack 24 x 330ml
7. Due to the nature of this Promotion, it is not possible for packs to be evenly distributed amongst Participating Retailers. As such, there is the potential for colour change can packs to not appear in some retailers.
8. No person may win more than 1 Prize per Tier for Tiers 1 – 3 (1 x Tier 1, 1 x Tier 2 and 1 x Tier 3). There is no maximum number of Tier 4 Prizes a person can win.
9. All colour change can packs have been made available to be won in a fair and random process, overseen by an independent party.
10. Winner Selection:
a. Instant Win: During the Main Promotion Period, 150,000 Prizes are available to be won. An algorithm process will determine at random which Prize will be allocated.
b. Wrap-Up Prize Draw: Following the end of the Main Promotion Period, in the event of any unclaimed/unwon Prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to request that an independent party conducts a random draw for all colour reveal cans purchased during the Wrap-Up Draw Promotion Period. As this depends wholly on what is won/claimed during the Main Promotion Period, the number of Prizes that may be awarded by this route is unknown. The Wrap-Up Prize Draw will take place within 10 working days of the end of the Wrap-Up Promotion Period.
11. The Prizes:
a. Instant Win: There will be a total of 150,000 prizes available to be won. Each winner will win one of the following:
i. Tier 1 Prizes: There will be a total of 5 winners. Each winner will win 1 x £5,000 cash to use towards a home entertainment bundle.
ii. Tier 2 Prizes: There will be a total of 5 winners. Each winner will win 1 x pair of football tickets, subject to winner’s discretion, to either:
1. 1 x UEFA Champions’ League League Phase Match of their choice in the 2026/2027 season taking place in the UK; or
2. 1 x Football Match of their choice at Wembley Stadium connected by EE, taking place during the months of September, October or November 2026.
Plus 1 x £150 cash for matchday expenses.
iii. Tier 3 Prizes: There will be a total of 9,990 winners. Each winner will win one of the following, with Prizes allocated randomly:
1. 1 of 2,000 x Pepsi-branded Football Shirts. There are 2 designs available; the design and size of the Football Shirt will be randomly selected for the winner.
2. 1 of 7,990 x Pepsi-branded Size 5 Footballs.
iv. Tier 4 Prizes: There will be a total of 140,000 winners. Each winner will win 1 x e-voucher for a 500ml Pepsi, redeemable at major supermarkets listed in clause 13.v.2.
b. Wrap-Up Draw: As this depends wholly on what is won/claimed during the Main Promotion Period, the number of Prizes that may be awarded by this route is unknown. The Tier 4 Prizes (Pepsi Vouchers) will not be included in the Wrap-Up Prize Draw.
12. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
i. All Prizes:
1. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
ii. Tier 1 & Tier 2 Prizes:
1. Cash will be fulfilled via a BACS transfer to the winner’s nominated UK bank account.
2. Winners of a cash Prize must have a valid UK bank account.
3. Winners are responsible for providing correct bank account details and the Promoter will not be liable for any Prize payments made into the wrong bank account.
iii. Tier 2 Prize:
1. The Prize is for tickets and £150 cash only. Travel, accommodation, food and drink are not included.
2. The Prize will be arranged by email between the Prize fulfilment agency and the winner. The Prize fulfilment agency will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. The Prize fulfilment agency will liaise with the winner to determine their chosen match. Match tickets are subject to availability, and the winner must provide their choice of match at least 4 weeks before the match date. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the Prize is organised. Once the Prize details including dates and locations are confirmed, these cannot be amended or altered by the winner.
3. The winner will receive their tickets via email.
4. Guests must be over the age of two. If the guest is under the age of fourteen, then they must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) and with their guardian’s consent.
5. Dates of matches are subject to change (e.g. if televised match, schedule may dictate).
6. Winners will be subject to a name check against any football club, venue or sporting banning orders as well as the national police database for those who may be subject to a court banning order. The Promoter and/or the home club may check winners name and their guest.
7. Those who are on a football banning order, banned from any sports events or on a list of known “hooligans” are not allowed to enter this Promotion.
8. Attending fans are required to not wear opposition colours and doing so may result in entry to the stadium not being permitted.
9. The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to yourselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused transport or entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the stadium.
10. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of the Prize. Whilst at the stadium, they must not: be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the stadium.
11. The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring that they take care when moving around the stadium.
12. Entry to the stadium is subject to the normal conditions of entry to the stadium. The Promoter shall not be liable if you or any person accompanying you is refused entry because you do not meet these conditions. Winners are subject to screening by football clubs based on their conditions of entry and we are not liable if you or any person accompanying you is refused entry because you do not meet these conditions.
13. All tickets issued shall be subject at all times to the terms and conditions available at the relevant football club/stadium’s website.
14. The ticket shall remain at all times the property of the relevant football club/stadium.
15. The winner and their guest must comply with the relevant football club’s/stadium’s ground regulations.
16. The stadium shall have the absolute right to refuse entry to any person who does not adhere to their terms, checks and requirements, regardless of possession of a valid ticket.
17. The tickets are only valid for the dates and times shown; no alternatives will be available.
18. If a booking is cancelled by the winner, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
19. At all times, the Promoter will have the discretion as to how to implement the Prize fulfilment.
20. All elements must be taken as part of the same Prize package.
21. The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
22. Once tickets have been issued, the Promoter, will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, illness of a performer or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.
23. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
iv. Tier 3 Prizes:
1. The winners will receive their merchandise via post.
2. The Promoter is not liable for any Prizes once distributed/dispatched to a winner and the Promoter will not be responsible for any Prizes not received, broken or lost in transit.
3. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Prize is awarded on an "as is" basis, and that the Promoter makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the Prize.
4. Any pictures depicting the Prizes on any media including press advertisements, posters or TV commercials are indicative only and the actual Prizes may vary from the depictions. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products being offered as Prizes.
v. Tier 4 Prizes:
1. The e-voucher can be redeemed against all 500ml Pepsi flavours.
2. The e-voucher can be redeemed in:
a. Asda
b. Waitrose
c. Morrisons
d. Sainsbury’s
e. Tesco
3. The e-voucher will be sent via email.
4. The e-voucher is unique to you and can only be used to purchase your next 500ml Pepsi.
5. Consumers will have 30 minutes to complete their purchase after activating their e-voucher.
6. The e-voucher is only valid until 20/08/26.
7. The offer may only be redeemed in-store.
8. Smartphone and internet are necessary.
9. Any additional items will be charged accordingly.
10. Original e-voucher must be presented at the time of purchase.
11. Not for sale or auction.
12. The e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
13. No change will be given.
14. E-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
15. Offer period is subject to your local store's opening hours.
16. Check your local store for opening hours.
17. Valid in UK stores only.
13. Transferability of colour change cans: Colour change cans must not be sold for commercial gain in any way, including on online auction sites. If the Promoter becomes aware that a colour change can has been made available for sale, bought or sold, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to redeem the colour change can without payment of compensation to the entrant who submits the relevant colour change can for verification as a valid win.
14. Winner Notification:
a. Instant Win: The provisional winning entrants will be instantly notified on screen and will be required to follow the instructions within 14 days of initial contact including visiting the claim page and submitting your details (including evidence of identity and eligibility where requested). If a provisional winner does not follow the instructions within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the provisional winner and transfer the Prize to the Wrap-Up Draw Prize pool.
Any claims received that don’t meet these requirements or are received after the stated period will be void and invalid, and we reserve the right to transfer the Prize to the Wrap-Up Draw Prize pool which may be won by someone else during the Wrap-Up Draw Period.
b. Wrap-Up Draw: Provisional winners will be contacted via the email address associated with their JOY account within 5 working days of Wrap-Up Draw Winner Selection and may be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, a provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
15. Prize Acceptance: Once eligibility of a Prize is confirmed and the Prize is accepted, notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize within this timeframe, the winner must inform the Promoter by visiting PepsiFootball@promowinners.com within a further 28 days. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.
16. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Wrap-Up Draw Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available at www.promowinners.com/Pepsi-Football. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
17. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
18. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
d. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
e. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
f. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
g. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
19. Entrants must complete their details using their legal name. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names or email addresses and to require them to return any Prize they may have won.
20. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prizes or any element of the Prizes are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.
21. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page.
22. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (PV20125) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
23. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
24. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion and will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: https://pepsicoprivacypolicy.com/en?domain=walkers.co.uk.
25. Pursuant to articles 15-21 of the GDPR, you can exercise the rights of consultation, modification, cancellation and oblivion, limitation of data processing or you can oppose to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons or for informational and promotional purposes, by writing to the data controller at the aforementioned mailing address or by e-mail europe.privacy@pepsico.com. In case of revocation of the consent given, which can be presented at any time, it is understood that this does not affect the lawfulness of the handle of the data based on the previously expressed consent or on alternative mechanisms to the consent permitted by law.
26. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
27. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
28. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
29. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
