• Instant Win: If you’ve won, you’ll be instantly notified on screen after submitting your entry. a confirmation email will also be sent to the email address linked to your JOY account to claim.

   

• Grand Prize: 
  • 1 x Grand prize of a prepaid gift card (to the value of either €5,000 if the winner is ROI resident or £5,000 if the winner is NI resident) to be won via a random draw at the end of the Promotional Period (the “Grand Prize”), with all valid entries included.
  • During the Promotional Period all valid entrants will be entered into the Grand prize draw to win the prepaid gift card. The Grand prize draw will take place on 6 October 2026 via a randomised computer process.

Instant win: You’ll have 14 days from the initial email notification to provide your details and accept the prize. All prizes will be delivered within 28 days of claim verification.
